Javier's Café

If you’re ever in Smithtown, you’ve got to try Javier’s Café for a meal that’ll totally hit the spot. We ordered their ‘Pepper Turkey’ sandwich with brie cheese, bacon, sliced apple & honey mustard on grilled rye bread. Let me tell you, the flavors are spot-on, with just the right mix of savory and sweet. The apples add a nice crunch, while the brie brings that smooth, melty goodness. It’s definitely a top-tier lunch.

We also ordered the ‘Chicken Salad BLT’ special and threw some cranberries into the mix. The hint of sweetness from the cranberries took it to a new level. But honestly, even without them, that sandwich would still be a winner in my book.
